Are Blacks Better Off in 2014 Without a Freedom Party? ©

In 2013, the Freedom Party lost its bid for Mayor.  According to ‘unofficial results’ there was no contest this time.  The Mayor-elect a European Interracialist gained 750,000+ votes compared against Michael Greys’ 500-something (bear in mind there are 2,000,000+ Africans in New York City).  The Founder and Director of the Freedom Party Attorney-at-War Alton H. Maddox, Jr. released the following article on November 8th, 2013.  It stands to reason the only winning formula for success in this world is Organization.  It’s what the Interracialist had more of.  In 2011, I wrote how the ABS needed to grow to facilitate our Success.  I remain vigilant in recruiting: Assist.  It’s pass time that every reader should be a leader.  If you can not say that you are a member of an African Nationalist Organization, write me forthwith.

A political party is defined as a voluntary association of voters formed to express their philosophical beliefs. The expression of a philosophical belief amounts to political speech. The Republican Party was formed to promote “big business”. The Democratic Party was formed to protect “slavery” under the banner of “states’ rights”. A political party should seek to enjoy First Amendment rights.

Blacks, in general, have been enrolled in both the Republican Party and the Democratic Party. This meant, in theory, that Blacks had switched from promoting “big business” to promoting “slavery” while “big business was opposed to slavery” and slaveholders were promoting free trade rather than protectionism. This placed slaveholders in conflict with protectionism. Blacks, in fact, have never practiced free trade nor protectionsim.

This blowing of both “cold air” and “hot air” demonstrates, conclusively, that Blacks lack a philosophy of any kind. Without an appreciation of philosophy, Blacks are unable to engage in political speech. This gives some insight into why Blacks have been unable to form a political party. It also explains why white supremacists and the NAACP hounded Marcus Garvey out of the United States.

Philosophy is only one of the four cornerstones of a political party. The others are ethics, logic and history, which are unknown to Blacks. Ethics is the glue that binds together the members of a voluntary association. Blacks are glued to whites but not to each other.

This year, the Steering Committee of the Freedom Party conceded that it lacked any knowledge of ethics. This committee is not alone. Blacks also lack a knowledge of ethics. Blacks have put all of their eggs in religion. Politically, this is a bad investment.

Logic is also not a strong suit for Blacks who have shown no inclination to think for themselves but insist on whites thinking for them. According to Dr. Carter G. Woodson:

If you can control a man’s thinking, you do not have to worry about his actions. When you determine what a man shall think you do not have to concern yourself about what he will do. If you make a man feel that he is inferior, you do not have to compel him to accept an inferior status, for he will seek it himself.

In the past forty years, no one can deny that I have won more legal and political rights, by far for Blacks, than any other person in New York. This has always been a problem for Blacks because no white person could take any credit for my unprecedented successes.

According to Blacks, I must hate white people. This is, of course, sheer hogwash. Blacks are unable to embrace a Black person who believes that he is probably superior to whites. Whites, on the other hand, believe that they are definitely superior to Blacks.

When I arrived at Harlem Assertion of Rights [HAR], the legal staff was not only all-white but these white attorneys were intentionally working with white landlords against Black tenants. I was able to take some remedial action. Black lawyers would replace the white lawyers. This slowed down gentrification and it ended discrimination.

Once the Black attorneys were able to get a foothold at HAR, they immediately demanded that I should be “fired” for ending white supremacy at HAR. I was not only fired but security guards were hired to bar me from HAR. If I had kept my nose “clean”, I would have still had a job and would have been given a judgeship. This is the recipe for success in New York.

Things did not change at National Conference of Black Lawyers [NCBL]. Dr. John Henrik Clarke, among others, asked me to initiate litigation blocking the Schomburg from hiring a white archivist. I did. NCBL would ask me to throw the litigation. My refusal incensed the New York Public Library. This meant that NCBL would give me the “boot”. The public library was willing to pay NCBL a bounty. I became out of favor with both NCBL and the National Bar Association.

This has been costly. Over the past forty years, no one has emulated me in achieving legal and political accomplishments for the downtrodden, the dispossessed and the disenfranchised. I have achieved these successes not because of Blacks but in spite of them.

I have had very few “real” friends in New York because I refuse to “bend, buckle and bow” to whites. You must learn to go along to get along. Relatively speaking, Black support has been scant. Our people favor racial diplomats.

I was able to secure the first “real” special prosecutor in a racially-motivated murder case in the nation. Convictions would follow. Gov. Mario Cuomo hit the ceiling. Most Blacks in New York hit the ceiling with him. I had announced a tactic of non-co-operation with evil. Rosa Parks and Muhammad Ali also had refused to cooperate with evil.

If Blacks had been serious about looking for justice for Trayvon Martin, they would have consulted the only person who was able to get a special prosecutor in the United States. Trayvon Martin only received a nominal, special prosecutor who was actually “a wolf in sheep’s clothing”. I was able to detect this ploy in Tawana Brawley. By now, most Blacks are already hiding in the tall grass.

Leading Blacks and Black selected officials may learn one day that there is a difference between the right to secure the vote and the right to form a political party. An “enslaved African” was a part of a plantation like a voter is a part of the United States but absent a political party. No voter, without a political party, is permitted to manage the affairs of a government and whites control both the Democratic and Republican parties.

There are also mis-guided and mis-educated Blacks who joined the Freedom Party to ensure that politics remain in the hands of whites. There rhetoric exceeds their results. These persons have ended up hating me more than they could ever imagine hating William de Blasio. They refuse to mention my name.

Most members of the Steering Committee of the Freedom Party, for example, disapproved of my support of Tawana Brawley and the “Central Park 7″ in full-page ads in the New York Amsterdam News. “Central Park 7″ is the classic case of “stop, question and frisk” and de Blasio has opposed the “Central Park 7″ since at least 1990.

Fannie Lou Hamer was associated with the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party. Rosa Parks was associated with the Michigan Freedom Now Party and Cong. Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. was associated with the People’s Party. Malcolm X’s ultimatum was simple: “The ballot or the bullet”. He was not talking about “plantation politics”.

No one can change the fact that the Freedom Party was able to acquire ballot status in both 2010 and 2013 despite internal and external opposition. The big problem with the Freedom Party is that most of its members prefer political guidance from whites.

It is not enough that the Freedom Party shares the same racial policies as the Democratic Party. Very few persons can be recruited, however, who believe in leadership not connected with whites. With this mindset, Blacks are better off without a Freedom Party.

Many Blacks would join the Freedom Party if an “Uncle Tom” or an “Aunt Jemima” is at the political helm. At the very least, it should be a “racial diplomat”. I had many more friends before the Freedom Party gained access to the ballot in 2010. Many of these friends were impostors, however.

In 2013, many “members” were throwing monkey wrenches in the political machinery of the Freedom Party. So far, personal costs have had to outweigh party benefits. Politics is about messaging. Censorship is the rule in the Black community. Black voters, seeking to form a voluntary association, will be subject to redlining.

The Freedom Party must always “speak truth to power” on every “hot button” issue. The downtrodden, the dispossessed and the disenfranchised must have a political voice. This group enjoyed a “legal voice” until May 1990 and it could express its plight in the New York Amsterdam News, through my weekly column, until its publisher, Bill Tatum, made his transition. The demise of my weekly column ushered in full-blown censorship.
