In the Service of our Ancestors and African Love,
Listen Seeker, I come in peace,
“A phenomenon always arises from the interaction of complementary. If you want something look for the complement that will elicit it. Set causes Horus. Horus redeems Set.” — African Proverb
Traditional Wisdom reveals the Law of Harmony (Resonance) in multiple ways. Not only as read above, but Sobonfu Some herself wrote an excellent treatise on the Law. Below is a Poem that shows how the Law of Harmony (Resonance) relates to Soul-Mates, Friendships and Organization. I wrote the poem for my newly wedded Wife; using the Writing Template to do so. The concept (each spirit has a pair, each pair has a spirit) is flawless and its mastery can facilitate a more harmonious existence for all African people. Please feel free to ask questions.
Each spirit has a pair, each pair has a spirit
By Onitaset Kumat
‘Listen,’ say the spirits, ‘this mate is yours
Completed your spirits will wage Race Wars’
Kings and Queen-Mothers bring Kings and Queens forth
Returning the spirits to Earth’s embrace
Past warriors of the African Race
Continue the mission with Wise support
Themselves finding our ancestral will
Kings and Queen-Mothers descend from themselves
Proving what’s worthwhile is ancestral
And service to Race wherever love delves
The doctrine that ‘each spirit has a pair’
Taught alongside ‘each pair has a spirit’
Does not only bring truth to all who hear
But also brings love to all who bear it.
Firstly, many congratulations on your marriage. Secondly, I LOVE THE POEM. This is my favourite part:
“The doctrine that ‘each spirit has a pair’
Taught alongside ‘each pair has a spirit’
Does not only bring truth to all who hear
But also brings love to all who bear it.”
Simply beautiful.
Peace Queen-Mother,
“If you search for the laws of harmony, you will find knowledge.” — African Proverb
One trouble in our community is our misunderstanding of “The Laws of Harmony.” The ancients further said, “Organization is impossible unless those who know the laws of harmony lay the foundation.” Aren’t Families, Marriages, Organizations, Organization?
Usually I define “the Law” as “Resonance.” So, say, with regard Marriages, Marriages are impossible without Resonance, particularly Spiritual Resonance. Now, I was blessed enough to marry my Spiritual Complement, and we can say I had a supernatural aide in our African Traditions; yet many of us do not understand the Laws of Harmony and thus enter impossible relationships and that’s why we end up with bitter, abused, destroyed people.
I appreciate the congratulations. I had been slightly more busy than usual–with married life. But I wrote this poem as much for my wife as for our Race. We need to understand the Laws of Harmony if we want to cease being the only disorganized group in this world.
Having spoken to a brotha about this same topic concerning the words: ‘The Law’ which he opposes, I too have come to realise that this term is rooted in European culture to control people who are unfamiliar with living in harmony with nature ie. Europeans. Your preference for using the word ‘Resonance’ is ideal. It is the gentle approach to organisation and in being gentle it is harmonious.
I couldn’t agree more with your view concerning those of us who are unaware of how to live in harmony and as a consequence have entered into tempestuous and disharmonious relationships. What I would like to glean from you is ‘A List of Harmony’ so to speak. We need to clarify what harmony is so we can know what is required to live in harmony with each other and with nature.
Peace Queen-Mother,
“The Law of Harmony is Resonate. We have many means toward resonating. We can do what we are meant to, we can do with others like us, and we can not do what we shouldn’t.” — Onitaset Kumat

I wrote that over a year ago. Maybe even two?
I don’t usually give sneak peeks to posts before they are posted, but I just finished typing an exposition to one of Marcus Garvey’s writings that continues the theme of Harmony. It reads,
As we read above, the qualities of Maat may be the list you seek.
Regarding “Laws” and Europeans, it’s akin to relating “Literature” to Europeans; Europeans at their core are a lawless and illiterate people. Khalid Muhammad made it particularly obvious when he said,
Amos Wilson put it this way,
Needless to say, Africans (mistakenly?) invented Laws, as we know them, for non-Africans. However, when I write “Law of Harmony,” it’s only to say there are Universal Laws which the Universe itself does not violate.
