African Blood Siblings requires Africans who pursue Truth and Justice to organize a team of thirteen locals to build African Blood Siblings Community Centers in their Communities. These Africans should study “Maroon and Build For Self” and review “Trinity of Liberation” and “Units of Organization.“ The locals should be the same sex and within the same age grade. Each leader should keep in constant contact with Onitaset Kumat.
